With more than a decade in recruitment and a specialism in white-collar MEP recruitment since 2014, Eddie has built a reputation as one of the UK’s most reputable MEP recruiters. He also spent two years working for major main contractor Laing O’Rourke, giving him first-hand insight into the realities of complex construction businesses and project delivery.
That experience shaped a clear view of what good recruitment should look like: understand the technical brief, know the market and establish whether the opportunity genuinely works for both sides.
